strawman
the sufficiency problem of strawperson arguments

description

Stawperson occurs when the opponent's argument is misrepresented. The appeal of this is that you can create a fake argument which is much easier to knock down than the real one.

examples

"Feminists believe men should be eliminated, opting instead for clonal reproduction. So, I am anti-feminist."
